Three letters from George Stevens, pioneer lumberman and founder of Stevens Point and Wausau, Wisconsin, to George Morton, his business associate in St. Louis, concerning financial affairs and construction of a sawmill at Big Bull Falls (later the site of Wausau). Included is a sketch map of the Falls construction and a printed line drawing of Stevens.
